JAH MINISTA was born July 25,1989 in Brooklyn, New York. He never stayed anywhere long enough to say he was raised there. From east coast to west coast and of course the caribbean . At the age of 9 his mother passed and Jah Minista moved to Miami. With no real family to welcome him to Florida, He was a stranger that had to learn the streets. So he used his misfortune to his advantage, At first music was a way for him to vent his pressures of life, not knowing it would soon be his passion as well as his mission. He began free-styling in high school (Hallandale High) where his friends encouraged him to try out open mic nights at schools and local clubs. At age 15 he met Jah Marcus who introduced him to a live band which gave MINISTA a whole new outlet. Currently working on solo albums, mixtapes as well as music with the Eyenity Camp. His music is said to be "Revolutionary street commentary". Don't worry ladies, MINISTA never forgets the "Goddesses" as he calls them. Be on the look out for "THE RE-EDUCATION" .
