After pressing play and you can't hear any music:

• Check your speakers/volume control
• Make sure you have Java 1.4 or later installed and enabled, check at the Java test page

General Problems:

• FireFox on Max OSX needs to be vesion 1.5 or later
• Internet Explorer on Mac OSX is known not to work at all with MVine
• Browsers other than:
  - Opera 8 or later (Windows and Linux)
  - Firefox 1.0 or later (Windows and Linux)
  - Firefox 1.5 or later (Max OSX)
  - Safari (Mac OSX)
  - Internet Explorer 6 or later (Windows)
  have not been tested and may not work (this includes the Yahoo and AOL browsers).

If the Tell-A-Friend function raises security notices:

• You're probably using the Outlook email client which won't allow email to be sent by a Web Based Form. There's no easy way around this problem other than editing your registry to force your browser to use Outlook Express as the email program.
